Nighat is a researcher at Aapti Institute working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, labor, and digital governance. Her work spans some of the most pressing questions in global tech policy, such as how generative AI is reshaping gig work and labor conditions in the Global South and what equitable digital sovereignty could look like across regions with vastly different regulatory traditions.
